Terms of return of Products

1.1. Jewelry of proper quality is not subject to exchange and return in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" of 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.03.1994 № 172 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine" On consumer protection "(Annex № 3" List of goods of good quality, not subject to exchange, return ").

1.2. If detected within two years from the date of sale (which is the service life):

1.2.1. defects of the Jewelry, the Buyer has the right to demand free elimination of its defects within a reasonable time;

1.2.2. significant defects of the Jewelry, which arose through the fault of the manufacturer (Seller), and, if necessary, confirmed by the conclusion of the examination, the Buyer has the right and in the manner prescribed by law, under the contract to require the Seller (manufacturer) to replace the product number of available goods.

1.3. These requirements of the Buyer are specified in subparagraphs 1.2.1. and 1.2.2. Paragraph 1.2. of this Agreement shall not be satisfied if the defects of the Products are caused by the Buyer's violation of the rules of use of the Product or its storage (have traces of mechanical damage or improper operation, traces of interaction with alkaline detergents, chlorine and iodine products, creams and ointments containing mercury and its compounds, as well as as a result of other external factors, including self-repair).

1.4. Provided for in paragraph 1.2. of this Agreement, the concepts are considered, and the requirements of the Buyer are met in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and the Rules of trade in precious metals (except bank metals) and precious stones, precious stones of organic and semi-precious stones in raw and processed form and products, belonging to business entities on the right of ownership, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 4, 1998, № 802 (as amended by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 25, 2017, № 41.
