Return and exchange

Terms of return of Products

• CDD Jewelry accepts returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be without wear and in original packaging as shipped as well as original seal attached. 

• Please contact hi@cddjewelry.com to enquire the return.

• Fees associated with returns of goods are paid by the Buyer. Return address is provided by Seller to the Buyer by email.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

• CDD Jewelry accepts exchange within 14 days of receipt if the size did not fit. Items must be without wear and in original packaging as shipped as well as original seal attached.
